P L Gas Agency are our authorized distributors of domestic cooking gas. Normally they take over three weeks to supply the cylinder after the booking has been made. The point I wish to highlight is their cash memo bears the date on which the booking has been made and not the delivery date which it should rightfully and legally bear. The cash memo indicates that the booking and the delivery date is one and the same. This leaves a lot of scope for malpractice. Their principals, M/s Indian Oil Corporation should look into this serious matter and take necessary steps against P L Gas Agency.
