Dear Sir,
For the last 2 months I have not recieved the refill for my LPG despite booking through the 24 hours booking no: 1260. The last booking was made on 06/09. Booking No.1.
The possibilities of the gas refill issued against my bookings being sold at a higher price in the open market cannot be ruled out.
The agency's phone numbers come busy continuously and one can hardly reach them.
I have tried to reach the customer Service Cell no. at 033-22364599 without any success.
I have also tried to lodge a complaint through your 24 hours customer service cell number. The calls ended without allowing me to lodge the complaint. Though I have been given complaint numbers twice (5462 and 5463 on 22nd Sept).
I tried to email the Area manager and the State LPG in-charge of Indian Oil Corporation at the given email ids in the website ([email protected] and [email protected]) but they bounced back.
Under the circumstances, I am facing a huge problem. I request you for your immediate intervention and necessary action.
