Poor services of karuna gas nagpu

Dear sir/madam,

I am the consumer of Indane gas nagpur under KARUNA GAS surendra nagar, Nagpur. my consumer no is 56235, from last one year facing severe service problam from same agency. After booking gas, it takes more than a month to receive the gas and that to after many visits to their agency. kindly look into the mattar so as to get sevices satisfied. Also there is not proper remote booking facilities (Mobile, phone etc. )
