I am consumer of indane gas from M/s mayank Gas Agency 16-B Krishna Nagar, Mathura. My Consumer number is 14780 in the name of V.K..Kapila. It is practice that gas is booked only after 20 days of supply of previous cylinder and thereafter gas is supplied after 8 to 10 days..I want to know whether there is any such rule. If not then the gas agency should be instructed to book the gas immediately after supply of gas to the consumers. I wish to add that sometimes gas is supplied after 15 to 20 days of booking and the consumer is constrained to buy the gas from local market
