Reg.: Non delivery of gas cylinder for Gas Connection No.27514 by

Jag Jyoti Enterprises, A178/15, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar – IV. New Delhi – 110024

I booked my cylinder with Jag Jyoti Enterprises on 20th March and haven’t received the cylinder till date. Everytime I have called up they just arbitrarily say it will be delivered in the next 2 – 3 days.. The people there are just not bothered and downright rude – when I asked them why so much of delay they say “it is like this” and if I ask for an explanation they say “you can do what you want”. They obviously feel they need not be accountable to anyone for their services or their behaviour.

I would request that my complaint be treated seriously and needful done to have my cylinder delivered soon. Plus request you to not treat it as a complaint for just my cylinder and thus please ensure the gas Agency (Jag Jyoti Enterprises, A178/15, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar – IV. New Delhi – 110024) is given a warning to treat customers better and not sell the gas cylinder due to a registered cutomer in the black market.

I am hoping a resolution will be done soon.
