Lack of response from Prajyoti gas keshawpur

I am holding an Indane gas connection vide consumer number 11579. My gas agency is prajyoti gas. Both the telephone numbers i.e. 28334771 and 28331656 are always engaged. For the last 6 months months I have going to the gas agency all the way for booking the gas cylinder. Please provide some solution...

take some action untill i will have to do case... in court
