Dear Sir,
This to bring to your notice that there is a gas leakage in the Gas Cylinder this day. The leakage is with too much pressure. It's really pathetic that emergency customer quiries and phones related to Gas Leakage are not at all attended even after several phone calls. I have been trying the Emergency Number from early morning 5.30 AM and no one is providing correct information and most of the calls are unattended. I have 3 years old baby we could't provide him milk because of this reason. The baby was crying till 9.00 AM and I got some food from nearby hotel.
Even Tool free number also we tried and no response.
I want to ensure not to happen with any citizen of India. Please let us know what action need to be taken for this.
