I had booked my refill on 15.06.2012
Till writing this, the gas refill has not been delivered.
It is not possible at all to get the distributor on phone to reply about the status.
I had gone personally to the distributor who had a stock reply and promise of delivery on the same day, but it did not happen
Does the Company put on prasctice some procedures to bring these errant distributors back on track?
ON THIS MATTER I HAD REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON 12/07, BEARING NO: 12037969 - but to no avail!!!
