Non-booking of Gas Cylinder - not responded by the gas agency

Dear Sir,

Agency - Sundaram Gas Company

3116/E, Sudama Nagar, Indore (M.P.)

I have booked my gas cylender on 25.10.2010 vide agency booking ref. no. 8016, but delivery of cylender still awaited, I am trying to contact the agency for the position of delivery for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.
