Inspite of depositing money in advance in your bank account we never got a service up to the mark as said by you; which was espcially for the DIWALI Season which never got delevered infact got delayed in sending the text Messege.
after only sending 40, 000 text messeges almost 25000 sms were failed or were sent to invaild numbers. As already discussed with miten we needed to target ahmendagar area and ahmednagar district but we recieved calls from pune, solapur, Sangola which are not covered under ahmednagar district for which we recieved only 25-30 calls that too not from ahmednagar district.
After thinking that the company in mumbai must be bettter and faster than any other company in ahmednagar but we were proved wrong!
WE ARE REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMITMENT YOU NEED TO SHOW FOR UR CUSTOMER!
AS R NAME UTILITY... DONT THINK ANY CUSTOMER WOULD HAVE ANY KIND OF A UTILITY WITH UR SERVICE!
