Gemini gas company located at railway station road, Thalassery refused to supply INDANEgasrefill to mrs saraswathi sreenivasan, Gas consumer no 1003, senior citizen and widow on the grounds that more than six months had lapsed since the last refill was obtained from the same Gas supplier who has been supplying cooking gas to the same consumer at the same residential address for more than twenty five years and has been asked to furnish an Imdemnity bond on judicial stamp paper to prove her identity to be considered for a Indane gas refill
