Nozzle is leaking

Dear Sir

We have been supplied Indane Gas Cylinder. After some time it has been observed that it was leaking from the nozzle. We immediately reached the supplier and lodged the complaint to avoid any accident. We asked him to rectify or replace the leaking gas cylinder but he did not replace the leaking cylinder. He assured us that he will send a mechanic to rectify the problem within an half an hour. No one came so we reminded him through a call but still no one came.
