I have got a double cylender gas connection from INDANE.The agency which supplies us the cylender is 'K2 International', sarita vihar. In mid september i booked for a refilling and it was delivered within 3-4 days. At the time of delivery we couldn't check for leakage. But when in the evening i checked it for any malfunction, i found leakage. I suspected my regulater as a possible cause for it but it tested ok with other cylender. On next morning (I think it was 17th sep) I complained to their online booking no. and registered my complaint for which i got an acknowledgement. But in the evening an SMS from indane CC informed me that my complaint was closed. I again lodged complaint on 22nd sep. I received SMS showing the message that my complaint has been submitted to K2 international. Again a message showing closed status of my complain was received. I called several times to the tel. no. of K2 Int. but couldn't receive any help.
I am currently not using the cylender and trying to lodge my case to appropriate level.what I should do to solve my problem. Since it is not a light matter as it is associated with the safety of human lives and it should be taken care of on urgent basis.
