Non Supply of Indane LPG Cylinde

I booked LPG Cylinder on 23.01.12 via IVRS. Till date, ie, 08.02.12 it has not been supplied. My Consumer No. 25435 of Rajajipuram Gas Service, Lucknow. Last booking was in the month of November. earlier also the LPG was not supplied in time. The dealer or his employees do not give satisfactory answers which leads us to believe that they give LPG cylinders to hotels, restaurants, etc., instead of giving it to the consumers. Please take immediate remedial measures failing which the only remedy left will be to take legal action.
