Reference is made to my Gas Connection consumer No : 25758 from Sabu Gas Agency (CODE 4597453), s.p 4/41-1 rose nagar, sreekaryam, Trivandrum Phone No : 0471 2598326.
Since long I am not getting the filled cylinders in time. Whenever I used to contact the said agency it has been informed that always they are facing shortage of gas cylinder supply. Normally it will take 45days 50 days to get the filled cylinders. But with 6 member family I facing lot of difficulty to meet these gap. Now a days Indian Oil Corporation started on line booking seems to be commendable. But non delivery time if I book for cylinder ever after getting the confirmation the same is not reflected in Gas Agency register. You are requested to take this as a compliant and take needful solutions.
