I have booked for supply of LPG gas cylinder on 09/02and was alloted s.no. 558. I had my connection with Freedom Services, Birati. During booking I was told it will take about 10 days for supply. After 10 days when I contacted the agency, it was informed that my connection has been transferred to Green Indane agency and was directed to contact the same. On contacting Green Indane it was informed that no requisition for supply of LPG exists with them and if required the same needs to be booked afresh and will take further 10 days.
I was neither informed about the change of agency nor my requisition for LPG forwarded to the new agency.
