I am a customer of Golden Gas service (Agency responsible for distribution of Indane / Indian Oil cylinders located at Palam Vyapar Kendra, Ansal Palam Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017) for the last 10 years. My consumer No. is GD - 4770. I had booked for refill cylinder on 23.12.2010 and at the time of booking I was told that the same shall be delivered within 12 days from the booking date. Till date I have not recived the refilled cylinder. Since 7th January myself and my wife have visited the Golden Gas service / agency several times in this connection. The lady at the agency counter always promisess that refilled cylinder will be delivered to day itself but with great pain and grief I state that till now the result is zero. This has become a regular feature. There is a deficiency in services of Golden Gas Agency and strict action may be initiated so as to put an end to common man's sufferring.
