Nondelivery of cylinde

I, Dr. Garde booked my gas cylinder 30 days ago, and company policy is that 21 days have to pass after delivery of the 1st cylinder. I was promised delivery in 5 days.my cons. no. is 24108, I live in Bavdhan, Pashan, Pune. Nobody is picking up the phone on the number provided. I believe my cylinder will soon be empty as it has become very light. My mob. no. is 9372404899.Please help.
