Non supply of Gas Cylinde

Sir/Madam,

My Name is Anand Shukla (Resident of 99, Dhaka, Delhi-09). My Indiane Gas consumer No is 027661.I had booked the cylinder on 19/1 via booking no-6644 and was promised delivery within three days. But even after seven days cylinder is not supplied.

Besides this the agengy is not giving any concrete reasons for non supply and using abusive language on phone.

Please do the needful.
