I bought a portable water softner 9 months back. I was promised that after three months of usage the water sample would be analysed to check the proper functioning of the softner, but since then nobody has showed up and even after repeated reminders nobody paid heed to the request. Furthermore, I was told to contact different person each and every time and the person so contacted either didn't pick up the phone or pretend to be very busy. The lax attitude didn't stop here, when I asked them to tell me the type of salt to be used for the softner I was made to vacillate from one contact to another.
This attitude of ION EXCHANGE INDIA is highly irresponsible and some action must be taken towards such pathetic consumer service. I want strict action to be taken.
