Eg, change of ac compressa

I have given my outdoor unit of ac for the change of new compressor instead of old due to the fail our of compressor. But since last 15 days the service center people escaping from installation of outdoor unit stating that they won't have stocks of new compressor.

As we r suffering a lot, i request you to look into this matter and do me the best service as early as possible or in a couple of days.
