Non Working Customer Care - Delay in Installtion for more than 6 months

I have booked a connection of IGL Gas pipe line in Nov but still its not installed. The have confimed that it will be installed within 6 month but its not installed afte 7 months. I have lodged the request and complaint so many times but still its not installed.
