Delay in connection

THIS REFERS OF BP NO 7000035252, THE AMOUNT OF 6000 RUPEES was deposited in October 04th Still IGL connection is pending, In our apartment the connection was installed in every flats except mine. I was the 1st person in the our apartment, who had applied for IGL GAS CONNECTION. Since more than 3 months I was requesting for gas connection, but I don't know why such delay from IGL.

I have lodged so many complaint y telephonic and mails to IGL but no action has been taken place,
