Ita cashplus card
1% payment gate way charges

I m frequent usert of itz cash plus card it is very innvative card which gives us many facility like mobile recharge and satelite tv recharge offring 2.5% commission but from 5th july they are deducting 1% gateway charges on mobile recharge without any pre information i dont understand that why they r charging such charges
