1. Sewer inside of our colony is Block & Over flowing. The dirty
water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole
premises inside our building & on the road of our colony very smelling
foul. This rise to some disease.
2. We want to bring your notice that, for the bad status of the roads
of colony. Bakutai Nagar colony is the home place for more than 35 to
40 residents since 5 years. we are hearing to construct the road,
but, now at rainy season, all the area is full of water with black
mud and over a lacks of mosquitoes floating over this and same for
playground & open space also. (Development charges have been paid as
per agreement)
3. We are facing acute problem in relation to DRINKING WATER. We are
paid water charges per month more than that of normal rate and also
insist to pay maintains charges and other charges of his deputed
person and M S E B meter and panel switches are in locked room. M
S E B (Consumer No. 410016902547, Name of Shri. Saroj Bhojraj Gayakwad
Add. P.No.106 Sonba Nagar, Lawa Nagpur-440023) electric bill is very
few amount for supply of water motor. We think this is cheating to
MSEB.
4. We are also facing problems at poor quality of work done by our
building constructions, i.e. Wallcracks, water tank Leakages and
plumping problems (buildings are newly constructed).
5. Builder has been harassing us with various charges on time to time
basis. They do not want to listen to our complaints and do anything
about that.
SO we urge you to please look into the matter and try to resolve it As
soon as possible so that we can live healthy and strong.
Your immediate action will be highly appreciable.
