Money has been debited from my bank account but recharge not successful

I had recharged my mobile phone for rs 444/- from justrechargeit on the 10th of july at 5.22 pm with the following transaction details. order no MK00000561697

Money of rs 444 was immediately deducted from my account but i have still not received a credit of the amount in my account even till today . i.e. the 24th of august. i have sent mails to justrechargeit but to no avail.
