I am a resident of Alappuzha, Kerala. I wish to make a note of the tactics employed by board employees to prevent people from registering complaints. Under any circumstance, they won't take phone.
A slight drizzle is enough for the employees to switch the feeder off. And when that happens, they also take care to remove the receiver from the cradle. So, a caller will always be greeted with busy tone.
We are actually paying for all the services they provide. So why should they deny us such service. This is a crime. Please check if some can be done against this.
