I had booked for gas cylinder on 21st Nov (Consumer No. 36576), and till date the Gas cylinder is not delivered.
We have been provided a centralized phone number for booking the gas (9911554411), when trying to get the update from this number, we are told by automated system that my booking no. is 10290, cash memo no. is 10445 and agency has completed the deliveries for the booking upto 26 November.
When we select the option for making the complaints, it says to call on a number 18002333555. When we call on this number, it always speaks ” Upbhokta abhi byast hai, thodi der baad dial kijiye”(Customer is busy, pls dial after some time).
This is really ridiculous, there is nobody to listen. How these companies are running without a system in place for consumer’s issue redressal. I am feeling helpless, we are left at the mercy of agency owners. They are updating the system, already delivered, without delivering the gas cylinder.
I do not know whether I am wasting my time by writing all these or any action will be taken by anybody authorized, in this case.
