I had booked two IOCL Gas cylinders from my mobile no 91-98102-73299 vide calling on IVR Tel No 9911554411, my initial agency was Kitchen aids with Tel No 011-41530984 and my booking No 22346 and 24867, i booked both of them together about 8 Days back, to my surprise one cylinder has been delivered and there is no information for the second one.
i do not not have any contact no to call and the no of kitchenaids is now non operational and the IVR is not accepting the new booking.
please help in getting the issue resolved at the earliest.
