I bought the following items for my new flat from M/S Lifeline Appliances, 140/4 James Long Sarani, Kolkata 700008
1) Kutchina Hob 3B-DL
2) Kutchina Chimney Vogue (s/s)
I have service contract made with the dealer which is valid for the Hob till 25/11 and for the chimney till20/06.
On October 21 I found that the Hob was not working properly and I called up the dealer for service against the service contract. I was really surprised and shocked when the dealer told me that they had no technician for Hob and will have to look for someone before they can look into my problem. Till date that is October 28 no service has been provided and I am having great difficulty as cooking has become almost impossible with two larger burners not working! The Hob, in greneral is of poor quality!
I wonder why the dealer should take Annual service contract if they do not have the required staff and why KUTCHINA gives dealership to such inefficient and unreliable organization.
Now I look forward to you, as the main dealer to come to my rescue which I hope will be possible.
