I am a subscriber of BSNL landline (0476 2864418) in Manappally exchange. most of the time, my phone isn’t working. I have complained many times in the exchange but they have no response. This is happening in most of the customers in this exchange. They do not know how to behave. so i humbly request you to enquire and take necessary action.
