I have registered many request letters to Citicon Engineers Ltd's Mananging Director and all executive staffs but they never listen but ignoring always without any proper response even over telephone.
Here again letter attached for request to get my land possession though Citicon playing with me since last five (05) years & I have lost lot of money over phone, auto, time health lost, tenstion etc
Please give the justice soon

With reference to attached letter, all prior emails, SMS, Chairman's Grievance Day Meeting Personally, regular office visit & many times telephonic request even though, your office treat with us very bad crook deal & spoiling our entire life's hard earned blood money. Your office took net cash at a time by promising to give land in the exact area shown by Mr. Amiya-partner cum executive member, Citicon Engg Ltd.
I purchased a plot=5000Sq.ft.(Registration done December) in Rudra Vihar Project exact location of land me & my all family members physically seen along with Mr. Amiya is just maximum 400/500 Meter distance away from the main N.H.Road (Khurda- Cuttack NH Road) and just beside the CVRaman Engg. College and the way Mr. Amiya guide & describes details way to land to us is on the N.H. Road the main in/out entrance to my land is the main road of CGEWH remark wall advertise on the permanent big wall close to NH Main Raod side. On the entrance to my land in Big wall Written CGEWH (Amiya told the abbreviation of it= Central Govt. Employee Welfare Housing) and the road we are going was built by CGEWH so that land cost is cheap for them (citicon) because road made by CGEWH and my land 5000sq.ft. is just adjacent to CGEWH plot as well as very close adjacent to C.VRaman Engg. College & land having corner plot with North/west approaching to 30/30feet road, which has joined indirect to main road of N.H. Sub line road and the distance direct from my land location to N.H. is only 500meter as we seen physically with him (Amiya). So on the spot we keen impress & satisfy along as per business custom Amiya told give 101 Rupees with one iron coin. We trust and more confidence upon Mr. Amiya and follow his all types instructions & guidelines but sorry still not yet get our land [beside in between the CGEWH PLOT & CVRaman Engg. College] Possession but citicon dealing with us very bad treat and we lost many opportunity cum health illness due to stressful tension given by citicon. I understand citicon do for only own welfare and all privilege, rules, policy only in fovour of Citicon nothing for the valuable customers.
I have booked 3Units plot in your W-P=5.Agreement was done on 03/01 in your office with the presence of your executive staffs: - Mr. Nanda Sir, Mr. Pattnaik Sir and Mr Amiya Raoul Sir. But prior to agreement I have get advance permission oral & written from your office if in future any financial crisis comes to me then can't able to pay, then I might delay installment pay or cancel 1/2 unit out of my booked 3Units for the installment due adjustment. Permission was granted up to December from the MD, Citicon (attached). In the month of February I contact & give written letter to Mr Amiya- Paterner cum Executive member of Citicon Engg Ltd. He informed me try to pay due installment in this year.By the bless of Almight Allah (God) I manage money to pay W-P=5's 3Units plot and Rudra Vihar CVRaman side plot. Here Mr. Amiya did big gambling with us, though we entire family trust him, he suggest your request for W-P=5 granted & you (HRahman) will get land in 2009 don't worry about this, now immediate register CVRaman side land which is from main NH Road only 300Meter. I trust & pay full amount at a time for the Rudra Vihar (CVRaman side land).. Once Registration over he play big fraud ness game with us as your office known very well about this. For this reason my brother meet in your Chairman's grivence day meeting which held month end Thursday. After green signal we suppose to deposit all old due of W-P=5 but Amiya came to my brother & said that land finish & have given to another customer take another location project. We all very sorry that instead of valuable promises of your executive body members, still we are begging for the clean land position to your office by communicating in all sides, but we are listening few sentences which gives us much painful. So I suggest to my brother Amiya playing with us meet M.D again but citicon office staffs neither allow to my brother to meet M.D nor giving any proper telephonic conversation, once listening Rahman phone cut the line these going on since long time.
As you keep my bloody earned hard money & doing proper reinvestment rotation and earned huge assets & not deliver my CVRaman side land till date even though we tolerate & from Jan my W-P=5 booking money with you for your reinvestment & earned a lot of money but never give us my both land possession. Requesting Immediate finalize my both land issue within week without any further cheating & showing this that default to me.
Hope you will consider my both land request issue solution & I will be much thankful.
