This is for you kind information that our land line telephone is not working for the last 15 days, we have complained thrice, they have also give us a docket no, but there is no reply from the bsnl department, in spite of this repeated complains the telephone department did not even bother to take any necessary action in this regard, it is very much shameful to us as my father is a 75 year old senior citizen and he himself is a retired person from the telephone department and he is facing such problem, he is sick and both my father and mother don't have any other mode of communication other than the bsnl landlines, they both are senior citizens of our country, this is my humble request to the bsnl department to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and resolve our problem, our land line number is from Kolkata, 033-24286585, Address-MR-AMALENDU SAHA, 30D, D.P.P ROAD, NAKTALA, ANNAPURNA APPARTMENT, NAKTALA, KOLKTA-700047 (WEST BENGAL)
