Drainage block/over flow problem

Hi,

i am S.Premavathy residing in 112a, South Jagnatha Nagar, 2nd Cross Street, Villivakkam, Chennai-49.I registered a complaint regarding Drainage block in my house today morning, still now i did not get any response from the villivakkam metro water corporation office which resides in sidco nagar.

Please do the need ful. Please send some person to remove Drainage block. Please take action as soon as possible.
