Tech. has come on 02.04.2011 . he try to solve the problem but not done by him and he infomed we are taken your outdoor unit to our workshop for retifiy the problem . your authorise service provider m/s. ebr enterprises taken the out door unit on 06.04.2011 no. 184 veh. no. tn10 u 1477 . one fine after noon (09.04.2011) some body call me we have the short of the new Compressor we will fix the same on 11.04.2011 and delivery the same on 12.04.2011 after that i am not received any call from them . today also i called them ebr enterprises no replay (45579099).
