Electric Bill had not been changed to my name

I was living in Log Group's Building in Kalyan (E). After purchased the flat, the electric bill was not changed to my name for several yeavers. Either the Lok group or the Society had not changed the name in the electric bill. The Electric Bill was issued to me in the name of Lok Builders.
