Our consumer no is 16097 (Super care gas agency, palam). I have booked Bharat Gas cylinder on 25/02 through Internet and check the order status, which shows cylinder has been booked. But when i checked again on 4/03, the booking was not shown there. Again I booked the cylinder on 4/3. The booking reference number is 18886302, They took so many days to deliver the cylinder, where we have no gas to cook. Till date they have not delivered the cylinder and they don't pick the phone, doesn't respond to mails and complaint.
