I have already written a complaint on this forum and I got reply from the MGL Support that they have forwarded the complain to the concerned dept, and surely the next day digging was started for 15minutes and supervisors left, later the workers left after next 15 minutes, that shows MGL was just showing it is doing work and then no one reporting again.
From the way the work is going it is observed MGL must have got the licences to operate and run business like the 2G scamsters where the license was taken without intention of doing business but take the license and sell it in black, similarly MGL hands over the job to lower vendors who will do the job and deliver the product and support, so MGL is just a middle agent (broker) who is interested in making money and also it is on gaining by taking deposit from the consumers and get the interest from that money it does not state the time-frame of installation or any penalty to itself if there is delay for installation.
I think MGL should be put on scanner for business malpractices and Scam
