New Gas Connection

Dear Sir

I had paid Rs. 6, 000.00 wide cheque No. 851399 dated 12.12.2010 and the same had been cleared from my bank on 20.12.2010 for New Gas Connection, attached application form cum reciepts no. AF036264/1011 for yr ref. But still today nobody come to connect the line, even I personnel met the Mira road Branch and called everyday from last two months but nobody give proper reply.
