My Consumer No. is 18496. I booked a Gas refill cylinder on 3rd Feb. 2010 with Ma Krupa Gas Agency, Spartan Nagar, Mogappair, Chennai. (Ph. No.26563350 and 044-26560608). The booking no. given to me on that day was 302. They assured me that the cylinder will be delivered in 10 days time. But till this date (15th March) it is not done. I have been calling them every day, last 2 days been calling more than 4 times a day. The staff there keeps telling that the cylinder is getting delivered that particular day itself and the delivery boy has already reached my place. I am frustrated. You can imagine how difficult it is to run a household without gas cylinder for more than 40 days!! I am working and my boys are in college and in 10th standard. Imagine my plight! Can somebody do something about this?? Its hight time this agency is taught a lesson for I overheard a lady crying (when my call was put in hold) literally sitting and crying because of the frustration she is undergoing without proper delivery of gas cylinder and she was refusing to leave the office unless they deliver it.
