Not responding the call

Respected Sir,

It's going to be the fifth day i am trying their no. to book my gas. But they are not picking up the phones and keep them switch off. I have two small kids so it is not possible for me to go to the agency personally to book the cylinder. Please suggest me what can i do in this situation.
