Hi,

I have a bad experince similar to that of Siddanths whose plight you can find in this forum. I had approached this agency to get a maid to look after my child. This agency takes 1 month salary advance of Rs 5000 and service charge another Rs 5000 and train fare so totally it came around Rs. 10500, The maid who stayed with us returned after a few days pretending to visit her family but never returned and I had to give her that month's money. I informed the owner Tom the same day itself and he assured us a replacement if she did not return. But the replacement never came, neither did the refund. We were following up with him for one months salary advance that he owes us.

I guess there are many others with similar experiences.

May be we can take a collective approach.
