Showed the book which all customers of this company is supposed to keep which is used for any service.

Asking unnecassary documents.

Delivery of gas cylinders is late every time almost 20-25 days after booking. Every time telling shortage.

Manager is careless, irresponsible and not even want to listen to complaints.
