This is to inform you that I am comming on 19-9 by Swatantrata Senani Exp 2561up from Darbhanga to Kanpur Birth No. 28, 29, 30 A-I and Birth no 7 in H-1 coach and The AC of H-I coach was defective till travelling up to Kanpur in this connection Our family were very disturbed in the hole journy due to fault of AC and there was no complain book in the compatment and no person i.e. TT listen our complaint
So, Kindly take a necessory action to the staff of at that time of journy
