My self Mr. Jagannath Erakpalle having complaint regarding light bill and I am visiting since last 3 month to your Bhosari division (Electronic Sadan) office. But problem not yet resolved.

Complaint Details:
Bill received Dec-11 with wrong meter photo – reading on bill is 4154, Actual reading on correct meter is 4089 (Refer attached bill Dec-11 and compare meter photo in light bill and Actual)
Bill received Jan -12 with wrong meter photo – reading on bill is 4287, Actual reading on correct meter is 4229 (Refer attached bill Jan-12 and compare meter photo in light bill and Actual)
Bill received Feb -12 with wrong meter photo – reading on bill is 4421, Actual reading on correct meter is 4310 (Refer attached bill FEb-12 and compare meter photo in light bill and Actual)
I visited in first week of Jan-12 regarding the same and corrected the bill based on actual photo taken by me and also assured that we will correct it immediately. But after that I am receiving bill in same condition. I also contacted to Dy Excutive engineer at electronic sadan office but nobody is giving response.
So please look into matter.
