Late delivery of gas cylinde

Respected Sir,

I have booked gas vide booking no. is 7854 dated 14/1/10 with M/s nandi gas but till date we have not received the cylinder. Today I was trying to contact on his landline phone no. (22145923, 22161843) but no one is picking up phone, this is happening every month. This is for your kind information please.
