Complaint against agent who is deposited money in rd account

I have many account open under the mis scheme in post office moga for different name and i have deposited monthly 3500 rs in rd account through our agent name of jeevan joti r/o akalsar road kutia wali gali moga, have a mobile no 9814736143, but last two to three month he does not give me a service for the deposited a money in rd account, he say if i deposited the money, than i keep all pass book in our record, otherwise i dont deposited money in rd account, i am very suffering about deposited the money in rd account, and i dont want to pay the fine against late deposited
