A easy mop product has been purchased from the said website and the vendor has delivered a damaged product on 30th dec. After several followup with the said company nither they have replaced the product nor they have refund the amount till date. Now when I am forcing them to refund the same they informed that I have to courier the product to them as they dont have the courier service on that area and then they will refund. But already I have paid the courier/shipping charges for deliver the product which they are not going to refund additionaly again I have to courier the same. This way they are cheating the customer, if they dont have the courier service on that area then how they delivered the product, whicle returning back the product they dont have the coirier service. I want the legal action on them for harrasing me and also I want the to get my refund with interest for delay payment
