We applied for new PNG Connection at Rannapark, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad -380061 on 03 rd January along with the other applicants of the society. The supply in the entire society have started almost 1 year back but till date the supplies to our premises have not yet started.
Out of 12 members in our block, already 6 connections are working and remaining are pending since long. Many a times complaint for the same is done but NO proper response / action have been received / taken from the Company personnel. However, finally we decided to track the complaint. The below is the track record of the complaint made in June and the responses received.

I was assured by the Customer Care Incharge Mr. Anush M on 24 th September that I will be informed about the status of the work and also the reason for delay if any. But till date there is no update either in the work nor the reasons.
The Pipeline and meter work is already completed long back. But I don’t know what is the problem that the company is yet not starting the connection?
Request to look in to the matter and arrange for starting the connection IMMEDIATELY.
Your early intervention and action will be highly appreciated.
