Called for service atleast 15 times but they are not ready to send the person

I have purchased a one tread mill from Afton health, MONTIETH ROAD EGMORE, CHENNAI 600008, Tamil Nadu. it is not working properly from past few months . i am calling them from past 3 months but they are not ready to send the person, they are not giving me proper response. This causing me lot of mental harrasment.

Please take the proper action against them
